Welcome to the concrete jungle of New York, which is in dire need of repairing and rebuilding. Charles B. Rangel Workforce Initiative wants to bring the next generation in their expedition to rebuild New York.
So we will tap into their desire to build themselves (and their city) up and empower them to give back!
